FOUR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS RECEIVE $5,500 IN SCHOLARSHIPS!

​

ASC offers scholarship to legal military dependent spouse or child of any active duty, reserve, guard, retired, MIA/POW, or deceased officer or enlisted member of the United States Military residing in the Pikes Peak Region to include El Paso and Teller counties only. Please see the scholarship application for further eligibility.

Funds raised through the Thrift Shop and Charity Events have made a positive impact on our community. Here are a few of the organizations and programs the Academy Spouses' Club donated to in 2023-2024:

Every December, the Academy Spouses' Club collects cookies from the USAFA Community. Every airman residing in the USAFA dorms is gifted a dozen cookies.

​

Any additional cookies are donated to squadrons and mission elements across the USAFA instillation.

​

In 2023 over 175 dozen cookies were donated. The cookies were packaged by the Academy Spouses' Club and volunteers. USAFA and 10th ABW First Sergeants distributed the cookies to Airmen and Squadrons around USAFA.

​

Information for the 2024 Airman Cookie Drive will be announced in November.

Since its founding in 1958, the Academy Spouses' Club has always been focused on providing welfare support to the local Academy and Pike's Peak military community.

​

In the past, the ASC has held auctions, fashion shows and special performances to raise funds and build community.

​
